A Journey into Häagen-Dazs Shop Specialties

Hi Tinies!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while! December has been absolutely hectic at work in preparation for Christmas, and on top of that I am changing jobs in January (yay!) and finishing up a tenancy agreement for an apartment in London for next March (big yay!). Hopefully I will be able to regularly post after all this mayhem is over :)

A week ago I met a friend at the Häagen-Dazs shop in Leicester Square. Previously, I knew there was a Häagen-Dazs shop but usually just bought the tub versions in Tesco. The setting was nice, and staff were all very professional. We were offered a small glass of water as we sat down, as expected of a chocolate shop. Unfortunately, as I was looking through the menu, the dessert that I originally wanted was the only one which was unavailable, so instead I went for the one in the picture below (sorry, I forgot the name and their menu isn't available online):

If you're thinking about having a meal and then going to the Häagen-Dazs shop, I would probably go for a lighter meal. Their desserts are very filling, I couldn't even finish mine. I loved the chocolate, but wasn't such a big fan of the brownie in the middle, which was slightly too hard for my liking. I'm a big fan of soft brownies. I was also expecting the brownie to be warm, which it wasn't, which also put me off a bit.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I really enjoyed visiting the Häagen-Dazs shop. I would go there again, but will most likely order something a little less filling! Have you ever been to or will you ever visit a Häagen-Dazs shop?
